From the structure the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase equipped with a handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.

Arranged on two levels and part of a three-family villa, Villino Ponza is the ideal home for four or five people.

On the ground floor it has the living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, kitchen complete with all accessories and bathroom. On the upper floor, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, there is the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
