The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by greenery, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea is reachable on foot via a comfortable staircase made of concrete with handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves on the Cape Vatican, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.
Villetta Ischia has four bedrooms, three of which are double and one with bunk bed, three bathrooms with shower.
Located in a three-family villa, Villetta Ischia is spacious and comfortable also thanks to the independent entrance and the private courtyard furnished.
The house, on two floors, can accommodate up to six adults and two Boys.
On the ground floor there is the large living room, the fully equipped kitchen accessory, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower while, al on the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed castle, and two bathrooms with shower.
Ischia villa, located a few meters from the swimming pool shared with the guests guests of the other villas, has a private and furnished patio as well as a further small patio at the back of the house, where there is a practical brick barbecue.
Thanks to the magical atmosphere of an ancient farmhouse surrounded by vegetation Mediterranean embellished with multicolored blooms, Villetta Ischia is the place ideal for all those who wish to spend a comfortable holiday, immersed in the colors and scents of the nature of this splendid place, for two steps from the sea.

30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.
Notes
It is possible to book an extra room with bathroom for 2 people, located a few meters from Villetta Ischia, ask for a quote and availability if interested.
The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, beach towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week, cot (on request), high chair (on request), final cleaning.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid locally at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Security deposit €150 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Tourist tax €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra late check-in, € 30 from 18:00, €60 from 21:00 to midnight (no check-in after midnight)

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool area and the two outside terraces, plenty of room. Private beach was beautiful, pristine water and the 430 steps were manageable. A quaint little town, was a very pleasant place to stay.

Maison charmante séparée en 3 logements indépendants. Piscine partagée avec 5 logements. Pas de vue sur la mer mais magnifique plage accessible par un long escalier depuis le lotissement. La cote étant escarpée, seuls quelques bateaux et paddle ont accès à cette plage ainsi que la dizaine de logements du lotissement dont l’accès est privé, ce qui en fait une plage paradisiaque assez exclusive (une fois les 400 marches passées…mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine). Le logement est propre, au calme, avec une épicerie bien fournie à 3min en voiture ou 10min à pieds.

Veľmi príjemne ubytovanie aj hostiteľ . Bolo nám všetko vysvetlené a v prípade pomoci bol ochotný. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a plno vybavené okrem rúry. Prostredie bolo krásne a súkromne takže sme sa vôbec nebáli o veci a autá. Veľa parkovacieho miesta.Všetko hodnotím veľmi pozitívne.

Posto meraviglioso, host impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo in quest’oasi di pace. Mare stupendo con accesso riservato, i 400 scalini si dimenticano di fronte a quanto offre la spiaggia in termini di bellezza. La casa è dotata di tutto, arredata con gusto. Gli spazi ottimamente gestiti. Eravamo in 7 e non abbiamo avuto problemi nella gestione delle nostre necessità. Consigliato vivamente. Un grazie speciale a Rosanna che ci ha assistito via mail e da Corrado che ci ha calorosamente accolto nella struttura.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!).Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs.It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

The pictures do not do justice to the property, landscaping, or private beach. The gardens and grounds are an oasis!

Ubytování se nachází v krásné zahradě, je dobře vybavené. Kuchyň je prostorná. Jsou zde 4 ložnice a 3 koupelny, dostatek místa a soukromí pro 6 dospělých a 2 děti. Bazén je jen pár kroků od ubytování, bazénové ručníky jsou na ubytování, dostatek lehátek u bazénu. Hostitel na nás čekal, vše nám ukázal a dal nám tipy na restaurace a pláže. Jediná nevýhoda je 400 schodů na soukromou pláž, ale stojí to za. Je to jedna z nejkrásnějších pláži, kterou jsem v Evropě viděla, je vhodná i pro šnorchlování. Pokud bych jela opět do Calbrie, určitě se ubytuji zase zde.
