From the structure the the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase with handrail, and the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from a public access, which makes it even more exclusive.
Villetta Capri has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sea view, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite.
The house has a comfortable furnished terrace overlooking the island of Stromboli, where there is also a comfortable brick barbecue.
The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other villas, has a solarium equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs.

The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, beach towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week, cot (on request), high chair (on request), final cleaning.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid locally at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Security deposit €150 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Tourist tax €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
