The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by green, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea is reachable on foot via a comfortable staircase made of concrete with handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves on the Cape Vatican, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.
Finished and furnished with care, Casa Basiluzzo has a large kitchen complete with every accessory with a living area, three bedrooms double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
Outside the house has a covered veranda furnished with a sitting area and a comfortable table with chairs and a comfortable built-in barbecue only pertaining to the house.
The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other villas, has a solarium furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs.

The remaining amount is to be paid 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.
Notes
It is possible to book an extra room with bathroom for 2 people, located a few meters from Villetta Basiluzzo, ask for a quote and availability if interested.
The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, beach towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week, cot (on request), high chair (on request), final cleaning.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid locally at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Security deposit €150 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Tourist tax €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra late check-in, € 30 from 18:00, €60 from 21:00 to midnight (no check-in after midnight)

Fijn huis met een heerlijke veranda op een goed onderhouden en prachtig gelegen kleinschalig vakantiepark. Het park beschikt over 2 fijne zwembaden en een privétoegang naar het strand aan een mooie baai. Wij waren er eind april en hadden het strand helemaal voor onszelf! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Juri, die ons een uitgebreide rondleiding gaf. Alles bij elkaar straalt het park een exclusieve en ontspannen sfeer uit.

"Это был чудесный дом. Большая и ухоженная территория. Общий Бассейн прямо перед Вашим домом. Всегда найдется время, чтобы поплавать только Вашей семье. Бесплатная Парковка прямо у дома. Дом полностью кондиционирован. Полностью к обеспечен посудой, посудомойкой, газовой плитой, микроволновой печью. За домом следит Юрий, который так же может со всем помочь. Говорит по русски. Во дворе все для барбекю. В доме есть полотенца для пляжа. Есть частный пляж - с очень крутым подъемом в 400 ступеней. Но пляж стоит того. Рядом в пешей доступности 2 очень красивые смотровые площадки. В 10 мин. На машине прекрасный общественный пляж 🏝️. Ближайшие кафе и супермаркет в пешей доступности. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно вернемся." "Era una casa meravigliosa. Un paesaggio grande e ben tenuto. Piscina condivisa proprio di fronte a casa tua. Ci sarà sempre tempo per nuotare solo per la vostra famiglia. Parcheggio gratuito proprio accanto alla casa. La casa è completamente climatizzata. Completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, lavastoviglie, fornelli a gas, forno a microonde. La casa è monitorata da Yuri, che può aiutare anche con tutto. Parla russo. Nel cortile c'è un barbecue. Ci sono teli mare in casa. C'è una spiaggia privata, con una salita molto ripida di 400 gradini. Ma la spiaggia ne vale la pena. Ci sono 2 bellissimi ponti di osservazione raggiungibili a piedi. In 10 min. In auto c'è una bellissima spiaggia pubblica🏝️. I bar e il supermercato più vicini sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Tornerò sicuramente."
