Villa Stromboli is a prestigious and charming home with an exclusive swimming pool, private access to the beaches of Capo Vaticano, and a sea view. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
The price shown refers to the main villa with 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Additional dependences located near the villa can be rented upon request. Each dependence consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom and air conditioning. These private rooms are available for an additional fee upon request. With these private rooms, the villa can accommodate up to 20 people.
The central structure of the villa is composed of five double bedrooms with five private bathrooms (and five additional bedrooms with double beds located adjacent to the central villa at an extra cost on request).
Featuring a double living room, a spacious dining area, a fully equipped 10-burner main kitchen with double ovens and a microwave, a large outdoor patio fully furnished with sofas, and an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 24 people, Casa Stromboli boasts a stunning panoramic view overlooking Cala Praia di Fuoco. It also has a private swimming pool, equipped with a barbecue and wood-fired oven, and is located in an exceptionally panoramic position.
From the villa, a private staircase leads to a small, exclusive beach accessible by this path and by sea, not by public access.
The style and quality of the furnishings are superior; all bathrooms are tiled with Vietri ceramics.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.

The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, beach towels, air conditioning, weekly cleaning and linen change.
The price does not include the following extras which must be paid on site at check-in in cash (if applicable):

what a fabulous place!
We are a group of friends that went college together 30 years ago, now scattered around the world. We take a trip with all the families every other summer. Villa Stromboli was the absolute highlight so far! Its a wonderfully warm villa with extra rooms where each family can have some privacy. Each room has AC. The kitchen is enormous and well stocked so we could cook together, or make pizzas in the excellent pizza oven, or grill on the BBQ. The views are breathtaking, esp from the seating area by the patio, and while the beach is a fair number of steps downs, its gorgeous and when the boats are not there, you have it essentially to yourself. And if you are not in the mood for the hike down, the private pool is excellent especially for the kids. Them staff was outstanding, really helpful, whether its general advice, providing wood for the pizza oven, cleaning etc. We really left very happy and looking forward to coming back.
