Villa Marisa offers the possibility of an ideal holiday for a family or a small group of friends. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, but also has an extra room in the attic with 2 more beds.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, all rooms are air conditioned and comfortable.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sitting area, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds, two complete bathrooms with shower and a separate kitchen.On the first floor there is a small attic, equipped with windows and air conditioning, where there are two further beds, suitable for children considering the height of the roof.
The villa lends itself very well to being lived outside, given the presence of the large garden, the beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool, the 2 large dining tables, one of which is in masonry placed under a large pergola, the wood-burning oven and barbecue, but above all for the beautiful view enjoyed by the house.
Villa Marisa offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Calabria. The renowned Santa Maria beach is about 900 m away.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 is due.

The price includes: gas, water, electricità, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after 7 nights.
The price does not include the following extras, to be paid in cash at check-in:
- Final cleaning + bed and bath linen €200 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra cleaning for pets €50 pw (optional on request)
- Cot €50 pw including linen (optional on request)
- High chair €20 pw (optional on request)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 6pm to 9pm, €60 from 9pm to midnight (obligatory if applicable)

Villa Marisa
Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als der Toaster nicht funktionierte, brachte Corrado sofort einen neuen und ein feines Brot. Die Lage und Aussicht sind top, der Pool sehr groß, das Haus nicht mehr das neueste, aber super unterhalten. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und hat unzählige Möglichkeiten sich niederzulassen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Kalabrien zu erkunden, Restaurants in der Nähe, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man sieht auf die Liparischen Inseln und Sizilien. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, herzlichen Dank für alles.
