The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher and is perfect for preparing delicious meals together. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has an adjoining space with a single bed, ideal for a child. The true gem of Serena Sul Mare is its spacious 250 m² porch, furnished to offer wonderful moments of relaxation and a breathtaking sea view. A convenient private parking area completes the package, making the house even more accessible.
