The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by green, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea is reachable on foot via a comfortable staircase made of concrete with handrail. The beach below is one of the most beautiful coves on the Cape Vatican, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.
Lampedusa has a kitchenette complete with every accessory, a living room/living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as a small private equipped terrace in front of the entrance, from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other villas, has a solarium furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 is due.
Notes
It is possible to book an extra room with bathroom for 2 people, located a few meters from Casa Lampedusa, ask for a quote and availability if interested.
The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, beach towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week, cot (on request), high chair (on request), final cleaning.
The price does not include the following extras to be paid locally at check-in in cash (if applicable):
- Security deposit €150 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Tourist tax €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 18:00, €60 from 21:00 to midnight (no check-in after midnight)

Casetta Lampedusa
Das Haus Lampedusa befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit eigenem Strand. Die Sicht auf die Liparischen Inseln ist atemberaubend, vor allem der Stromboli dominiert das Panorama. Aber auch nach Süden gibt es freien Blick auf die Straße von Mesina. Die Anlage ist selbst im Oktober ein blühender Garten. Das Ultramarin-blaue Meer vor dem kaum genutzten Privatstrand ist fantastisch. Wir genießen jede Minute.

Casetta comoda e molto romantica. La vista bellissima, abbiamo visto dei tramonti sullo Stromboli meravigliosi. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi è stupenda. Speriamo di ritornare il prossimo anno.Grazie Calaber!
