Delightful country house, on the hills of Tropea, a few kilometers from the sea. Perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.
Da zia Franca is a completely independent house, with a private entrance and gate and surrounded by a small vineyard. The convenient access to the provincial road allows you to quickly reach the nearest beaches and the famous town of Tropea in 6/7 minutes by car.
The villa has a double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room where there is a sofa bed of one and a half square where 2 children or an adult can sleep. Da zia Franca has a large porch with oven and BBQ area, where you can eat outside or simply relax enjoying the beautiful view of the private avenue and the characteristic vineyard.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets and private parking inside the property.
From the house you can walk to some restaurants serving typical Calabrian cuisine.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 40 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 40 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 is due.
Notes
The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, internet (webpocket), air conditioning, clean linen after 7 nights.
The price does not include the following extras, to be paid in cash at check-in:
- Final cleaning €130 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) € 1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra cleaning for pets €50 pw (optional on request)
- Cot €50 pw including linen (optional on request)
- High chair €20 pw (optional on request)
- Extra late check-in, €30 from 19:00 to 22:00, €60 from 22:00 to midnight (mandatory if applicable)

Da Zia Franca
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa graziosa abitazione. La casa è semplice ma molto accogliente e con una bella atmosfera. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e il porticato coerto molto godibile. Comoda anche l'area barbecue che abbiamo apprezzato molto, c'è anche il forno per fare la pizza ma non ci siamo mai cimentati. Il paesino di Brattirò dista poche centinaia di metri e ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali quale farmacia, bar, macelleria, parrucchiere, alimentari ed il servizio postale. In pochi minuti di auto abbiamo raggiunto le più belle spiagge della zona e la bellissima Tropea. il personale di Calaber è stato fantastico, ci ha assistito con grande professionalità ma sono stati allo stesso tempo molto amichevoli, un grazie particolare a Rosanna e Corrado. Siamo stati molto bene e speriamo di tornare molto presto a trovarvi!
