A refundable security deposit of €250 is due.

The price includes: gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, clean linen after 7 nights.
The price does not include the following extras, to be paid in cash at check-in:

- Tourist tax (mandatory) €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)
- Extra cleaning for pets €50 pw (optional on request)

Lovely house. Close to nice restaurants and wine tasting!
Posto bellissimo!
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana presso questa suggestiva proprietà. Eravamo in due famiglie dunque il fatto che il casale fosse composto da due unità abitative attigue per noi si è rivelata una soluzione perfetta. C'è molta privacy e molta pace, tantissimo verde e tanti gli spazi esterni arredati. La piscina bella e dotata di cancelli di sicurezza, ottimo con i bambini piccoli. Dalla casa si raggiungono a piedi dei ristoranti dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. il personale di Calaber rispondeva tempestivamente alle nostre richieste e ci ha aiutato ad orgasnizzare delle belle attività. Consigliamo assolutamente Casale Marchicello a chi vuole una soluzione suggestiva, con molta privacy e molto verde a due passi dal mare e da Tropea. Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno! Grazie ancora di tutto!
